Notes on data protection
Zone35 GmbH & Co. KG takes the task of protecting personal data very seriously. We want you to know which data we save and how we use it.
Personal data
Personal data is information that can be used to determine your identity. It includes information like your full name, address, mailing address and telephone number.
The BKK website
You can always use the website without disclosing your identity. When you order a product, we will ask for your name and other personal information. You are free to decide whether you will enter this data. Once your order has been processed, your personal data will be deleted immediately.
We save your information on specially protected servers in Germany. These can only be accessed by people with special authorization who are providing technical, commercial or editorial support for the servers.
For security purposes, our servers will save data connected to your access that may allow you to be identified (for instance your IP address, the date, time and any pages viewed). It will not be used in a personally identifiable way. We reserve the right to statistically evaluate anonymized data sets.
Sharing personal information with third parties
We will only use your personal information if you order products within the BKK or from affiliated companies. We will not share it with third parties without your express permission. If data is sent to service providers as part of contract data processing, they shall be bound to the abovementioned rules as well as other statutory regulations. We contractually require external service providers to comply with provisions for social data protection (SGB I and SGB X). Where legally obligated to do so, we will provide your data to public offices authorized to obtain this information.
Use of cookies
In some areas of our website, we use cookies to process user functions. We will notify you of this where applicable. A cookie is a (very) small text file containing information that is transmitted to the visitor’s browser. It includes the name of the web page that sent the cookie, and can only be read by this page later on. Allowing cookies to be used in your browser does not pose any risks to your computer. Cookies cannot contain viruses, and cannot spy on information in your PC. The cookie we use does not contain any personal data, only a randomly assigned identification number.
It is also possible to use our web offerings without cookies. Most browsers are set to accept cookies automatically. However, you can disable cookies or change your browser settings to alert you as soon as a cookie is sent.
Data protection
All systems that store your personal data are password-protected and can only be accessed by a specific group of people. Strict security rules prohibit them from sharing the data with third parties.
Deleting your user profile
Your user data will be saved for statistical purposes. However, you may expressly ask us to delete it. To do so, send an email to: info@zone35.de
Email address
We will save the email address you entered when you registered, in order to send you notifications. No one else can see this email address. The email address will not be passed on to third parties.
Children
Persons under the age of 18 should not submit personal data to us without permission from their parents or guardians.
Links to other websites
Our website contains links to other websites. We have no control over whether the operators of these sites comply with data protection regulations.
